I find if you wish to enter a store that is way overpriced and is a total rip off talk about mark ups on pricing" I think it's a game of let's put 20% on all goods I find the staff ok. management are ignorant, and ignorant, make you feel as you are none existing. I find in the last five years the shopping experience in Waitrose and John Lewis a total waste of time I have for that boycotting its stores if I would be a staff member look for better employment it's just a Matter of time before it closes.

Please can you advise why the café isn't open for customers it is one of your unique selling points across Waitrose and partners . Surely not a staffing issue. Your staff I speak with don't seem to give a clear reason why when I ask. Thank you
