I used to pop into Waitrose to buy kabanos and hummus and a few other bits. Not anymore!!!!! I was made to feel uncomtable quite recently. Blatant racial profiling from one of the security guards. Following me around store then came up to me and aggresivly made a comment to make sure I knew I was being watched. Won't be coming to the Harrow Weald store again. Would rate zero stars if possible.

As an agency worker and someone who has had several jobs, at this store I will NEVER work here again a day in my whole entire life. I did a night shift here due to MANY of their own workers falling ILL (so I don’t know what made them think I wouldn’t too). I was in freezing cold conditions which I complained about but the manager clearly doesn’t give a toss about his workers. I then fell EXTREMELY ill the following day to the point where I had to call 111 and they had to send out an ambulance for me. Yes, not everybody may have falling as sick as I am but everybody’s body is DIFFERENT. I then reported that I was ill and kindly asked to inform the boss but I was told that he didn’t care. Due to me being ill I couldn’t work the last shift and for that reason they terminated my contract, which I’m very p’d off about. Sorry for the language but Harrow Weald Waitrose can F off and so can Blue Arrow. I have never been this sick before a day in my life and the fact that I have no sort of apology and had my contract terminated, I find that disgusting.

More of a convenient shop. You get get almost all items but not extensive. Depending on what day you are shopping as certain items are scarce & not replenish. Did not opt for cashier check out as prefer self service checkout due pandemic & minimal contact if possible.
