I buy my salad vegetables and fruit loose and it tastes far better than any other supermarket. The frozen food and other food stuffs are amazing and delicious. I find the food so tasty that I eat smaller portions and really enjoy it. I have actually saved money and been able to have a much higher quality compared to other supermarkets. There is a supermarket in Giffnock that is supposed to be cheap their tomatoes do not last and are tasteless I am afraid but Waitrose essential tomatoes taste amazing and last. Really friendly and nice staff too good old fashioned service.

All things fabulous come in small packages and this certainly applies here. I am not a fan of big soulless supermarkets where no one knows you but that is not the case at Waitrose their staff absolutely make the place. They all know myself and my son and even when it is just me in for a quick shop they always ask where he is and how he is getting on at school. It is a small but perfectly formed supermarket with an excellent choice of products from fresh fruit to socks. Delicious ready made meals to kids toys they have it all under one roof. It great for when you just need a few things and even better for when you need the weekly shop. It has s lovely coffee shop where you can rest your feet and recharge your batteries before heading home as well as a large and spacious car park. Wouldn't shop anywhere else love it.

Advertising offers on products then they aren’t available in store?! Absolute joke. Just away to get you through the door. Thank goodness an Aldi is getting built across the street. Much better value and quality.

Love this store - staff are polite and friendly, the store is well-stocked and you'll find unusual produce that you might not find elsewhere. The only problem is the high price, but that is true of any Waitrose. An occasional treat but well worth it!

A cold morning watching middle grandson at the footy. Let's go to Waitrose for breakfast. Great idea. Two bacon rolls, two decaf coffees, sorry no bacon rolls, no decaf but this is a supermarket, yes but we cant take food from the shop floor. OK 2 avocado on ciabatta, sorry dont have any, ok what do you have, porridge and cereal, ok a cheese scone and a fruit scone with butter and jam and 2 coffees, I'll bring them over. Arrives with a fruit scone and a fruit tea cake and no jam. But a cupcake free to make up for no breakfast. You cant make it up!
