The middle aged women with the glasses who works on the self service check out needs to stop invading personal space when assisting customers. It is extremely uncomfortable having someone come right up into your face and also make stupid remarks. When I say ''right up'' I mean her nose practically touching mine. I'm only writing this because it has now happened 3 times and there is absolutely no need for it.

All is well until you have a problem here, Store manager or many of her underlings have absolutely no manners at all. Not what you expect from Waitrose, pay more to be spoken too rudely, last visit i will make.

Got to be the best shopping experience. I love Waitrose. The staff are smartly dressed and their uniforms are immaculate. They're never stood around chatting but instead, are always at hand to offer help. After you've shopped, you get a free tea or coffee. Wonderful shopping experience.

Very unhappy that I visited this store and was issued with a Parking Notice by Brittania Parking which Waitrose refused to do anything about even though the Manager Hayley agreed that she could have helped if I was a Blue Badge owner. I was with 4 other elderly customers, none of whom drive and therefore do not have Blue Badges. We overstayed our welcome by an hour. Most parking facilities offer 3 hours free parking anyway. Thanks Waitrose. We will be taking our custom elsewhere.
