I love Waitrose, sadly always end up spending more than was planned. Good quality food and the free coffee is really good.

The most quality and tasty food in the country on fair prices. All stuff members are always smile and ready to help. Great customer services.

Great variety and always top quality. If you buy smartly not too expensive either.

I never knew that Waitrose employed topless beauties at the check outs but they were all very attractive even though they are so far away from where I live !

I used the cafe which was clean, tidy and comfortable. However the food offering was mostly cooked meals or sandwiches with limited light lunch options. I have gluten and onion intolerance so couldn't eat sandwiches or soups and a cooked meal was too much for lunch ie ham egg and chips. I had a baked potato, only available from the kids menu and no choice of fillings, as it was all I could eat. The staff were unable to offer anything else.

Lovely and tidy, clean cafe. Lot of comfortable seating. Not a large selection of cakes but the cherry and almond lattice was gorgeous. Very nice mug of tea. Reasonable prices. On a retail park so loads of parking, but there are restrictions so beware! Friendly staff, especially the lady who served my tea and cake.

Always great, love the new layout with sushi bar. Staff are always Waitrose perfect.

Just went for a quick shopping dinner, it was fine but normally I do not buy there because I find it a little expensive

I'm suffering Waitrose-envy! This new (-ish?) store is much larger than the local one in north west London. Newer design concept has fewer internal columns and larger windows improving the ambience of the shopping experience. Probably twice the floor area, so a much wider range in stock. Toilets faultlessly clean.
