Waitrose & Partners brighton

The cafe is awful. Horrible Thai soup that has been nowhere bar Thailand. And the ultimate grilled cheese toastie is limp.

I use Waitrose all over the country because I am familiar with the set up and lay out.

They do not like people who have coffee without asking for it, even if you use your loyalty card. The staff at the Hove store are not nice or good with people. They need better customer service training. As far as I am concerned they are high in name but low in staff and customers. Ie low grade. Waitrose is trying to hard to be something they are not. High prices low grade food none wants.

Love this branch. Beautifully laid out and top class service!

Stay away from the Gants tinned chicken curry being sold here. I thought I'd give it a go to compare it against the M&S chicken curry thinking it's Waitrose so it's got to be good. No chance it's proper awful. Never again!

The best . Organised clean safe staff are great and of course the food is great .I always use the app so I pack as I go along. Their click and collect is also efficient and convenient! 🤷‍♀️

Excellent customer service. Plenty of stock. Clean and airy. Helpful and friendly staff. Can't fault the delivery service. A big shout out to Graham my delivery driver. He went above and beyond excellent customer service. He should receive employee of the year award.

Good quality stuff but you do have to pay for the privilege of buying their stuff!! Is the food price justified compared to say Sainsburys?? I don't think so.

Nice shopping experience as usual. The staff are always very helpful. All very pleasant.

Decided for a change to shop in Waitrose, normally its out of my price range, then got followed all round the store by the Security guard! Dont think your used to working class people shopping in your store!! Could do better!!!!!!!
