Went during half term. What a mistake. Miserable teenagers everywhere making a racket. Told a member of staff who did nothing at all. Add to this the busted seats, food all over the floor and air con that Congress on and off at its own leisure. This cinema is only good during school days and no other time. You have to pay for parking too and the tickets have gone up again and it is now £5.99 a ticket

Booked VIP seats... not really VIP are they? The Odeon ones are electric reclining sofas. These are just a leather version of standard seating. £3.99 for a 330ml bottle of beer. £5.19 for a large slush !!! Extortionate to say the least. Film was good though.

Such a shame that this isn't the best picture house around as it was when it first opened and the ticket counter was at the front rather than at the popcorn counter when you don't want popcorn! However it's by far the cheapest, it's always clean, almost always empty and the staff have always be very pleasant. My first choice when taking the family to watch a film because we can buy sweets/drinks etc with what we save compared to other pictures.

There is parking but restrictions not very clear. There's a big toilet just by the entrance and quick service to go to the showrooms. Chairs comfortable but most of them you cannot recline (different from other VUEs I have been to). There are is a row that you can choose with recliner (H I think). It was a good experience but I think it needs a refurbishing to look a bit nicer.

Been going here for years, polite staff and good seats. Great shops nearby for cheaper snacks too.
