Not a very good experience at this cinema, first time we went to watch a film there was a group of teenagers messing around and chatting throughout the whole film. After the film finished we complained to the Manager who was very sympathetic and gave us some complimentary tickets which was really great of him. Unfortunately the second time we went to watch a time, the first booking was fully booked so we decided to wait for two hours for the next showing, just as the film was about to start the fire alarm went off so they had to evacuate the whole cinema. It was a false alarm so they then let everyone back in, but we decided to get another set of complimentary tickets, as it was already late in the evening and we didn't want to wait even longer to watch the film. I don't have any high hope's of our third visit to this cinema as the first two visits were a disaster.

Enjoyed my experience, the staff were very friendly and gave great customer service. The only problem I had was in Screen 5 the sound in the back corner 12 + was a bit sensitive and could hear interference. Other than that very good.

People on phone thought film. Eating sweets with wrappers. Sitting in vip seats once film started. Talking. Nothing done about it. Ruined watching 1917. Not the first time this venue did nothing. Honestly the staff don't care. I won't be going back

It is situated on the A40 duel carriage way which gets jammed up easily, there is only 2 buses and the central tube lines which requires you to walk along the duel carriage way to the cinema. The staff are polite, but I suggest you make use of the online booking system to avoid waiting a long time in a queue for your tickets during the peak times and or when there is a big movie release. The seats are not clean and the "premium" seats are not worth the extra few quid, all their seats cup holders cannot hold their largest cupsizes properly either. Their main screen is large (not imax large) and their other screens are obviously smaller but still sufficiently large. Overall, the cinema does what you want, which is to go and see a movie at a reasonable price on a high quality screen with surround sound.

Movie started late, was given free tickets. Staff was nice. Movie was played, had a great time. The VIP seats are pricey and they don't recline.
