We buy hundreds of cars a year from many different franchises. On this occasion we bought three cars and have to say that it was one of the best buying experiences we have had. Lucille was professional,courteous and straightforward. She is a breath of fresh air compared to the usual 10 year old cocky gel hair ill fitting suit individual salesmen, that know nothing and irritate you. A very professional experience from start to finish. A really warm welcome on entering the showroom from Gwenda the receptionist. Who introduced us to the Steven our salesman. We felt comfortable in his company and with the information he gave us regarding our purchase. My daughter did purchase a used car from them to which she is delighted with the deal she as got. From trading in her old car and the price she got for it. The ease and professional service we received. I can only say the service I received from Alex was first class nothing was too much trouble, it was the first time I’d ventured into finance for car! Hard to believe at someone in the seventies but he was very patient and explained everything and had to repeat a few things I know!and picked me up from the station 1st class thank you.
