We wouldn't have gone into the shop hadn't it been for the friendly staff who bent over backwards to make my beautiful engagement ring perfect!! Will be returning to get the wedding bands!! Lovely store, beautiful handmade jewellery and great prices!

Fantastic service!!! My husband bought my engagement ring here so we had my wedding ring made here too. Love them both. After having my first child they no longer fit so I emailed the shop and they were great, told me to bring the rings in and they would sort it. And they did! Resized the rings and gave them a clean all free of charge and in the same day! Cannot recommend them enough. Hayley

My engagement ring was bought here, so we thought it only right to come back and get our wedding rings from Vogue Diamond in Brighton. As soon as we walked through the door we received such a welcoming and friendly service. We wanted to design our own rings, the team helped and guided us with their expertise. They spent at least half an hour with us discussing and ensuring we got exactly what we wanted. Once we finalised the design, they advised they needed to keep my engagement ring, to make sure the wedding ring fitted against it. So I didn't have to be without a ring on my finger, they lent me another ring out of the window! When we came back to collect the rings, I was blown away with just how beautiful they were. It was even better than I had pictured in my mind. The team at Vogue are fantastic, professional and personable. The quality and workmanship of the Jewellery is outstanding. I will be back to finish the set with an eternity ring!

Really nice different pieces and customer services beyond your expectations

The ring itself was nice. The problem was the poor service. We wanted the ring for our engagement party and was promised that despite the delays in hallmarking we would have it in time. When the time came close we hadn’t heard anything. When we called we were told that the ring hadn’t even been sent to the hallmarkers. Delays happen but it was the lack of communication that was most disappointing. Happy we got it in the end but it was a month later than promised.

My husband and I both got our wedding rings from here and again today I purchased another ring from them. The staff are all so friendly and warm; can't do enough for you. Stayed open for an extra half an hour just to resize the new ring for me. Would give them 20 *'s if I could. Cannot recommend these guys enough. They made my original wedding band and engagement ring from scratch and they are a masterpiece! Can't wait to see you again!

Our engagement was over 2 years ago, but I think that a ring this beautiful deserves another review. My (now) husband went in to Vogue and they helped him to design the ring of my dreams. He has since recommended Vogue to many of his friends and we will continue to do so. We also both got our wedding rings from there and we have nothing but wonderful things to say. We still go in to get our rings cleaned every now and then and we are always welcomed back like old friends. Truly the most incredible quality jewellery and top customer service. Thank you, Vogue.

My partner and I got our engagement ring from here and now we have purchased our wedding rings they are unique and beautiful, the experience has been amazing at one point i thought I had changed my mind went back and realised that there was no other wedding rings for us, my partner absolutely loves his different styles wedding band! Couldn't recommend enough.
