Would not ever use this company again as I am still waiting for a refund on doors that were returned at the beginning of August. Despite numerous calls to the company they have not processed the refund and do not return calls as promised.

Overall a very poor outfit. I initially ordered 3 types of doors which appeared to be in stock and days later I was informed that one door wasn't in stock. When the remaining two doors arrived which were the same type of door but different sizes they were completely different colour, not the usual expected variation of wood. Vivid doors initially agreed that this was an unusual colouring and then another person retracted that statement, causing delays in rectifying the issue. After two weeks and several ignored emails, they eventually agreed I could return the doors.

First time I have dealt with vivid doors, not a great experience. Unable to provide you with the product you order. Poor communication in relation to the order letting you know that there are issues. Giving you times of when they are going to call and not doing so. Not being clear and giving false possible timescales. This company really need to ensure they keep their customers informed, as it was horrendous. 19 days from purchase day to eventually asking for a refund. .... I hope if you do decide to go with vivid doors your experience is a good one. I appreciate there are covid related issues etc which may cause delays from their suppliers but again, let the customer know and not fob them off with false hope.
