5/ 5

It is hard to describe exactly how fantastic Vitality Centre is. It is a hub of relaxation, wellness and fitness all rolled into one. Jana is an amazing masseur, Pilates teacher, nutritionist, and supporter of women's health. Her knowledge, skill and caring approach have helped me become fitter, more relaxed and better able to support my own health and well being in the five years I have been going to Vitality Centre. I am stronger, more toned and happier for being part of her fabulous community, I would strongly recommend her to anyone seeking to improve their health, fitness or well being, male or female.

5/ 5

I have been attending Pilates classes at Vitality for 3 years now. Jana is a brilliant teacher, really supportive, friendly and knowledgeable about womens health. The classes are different from week to week so never become boring, Jana always offers progressions for each exercise so individuals can go at their own pace. There is a really warm, welcoming atmosphere (a lot less less intimidating than going to a gym), the centre itself is a really relaxing place to be. The classes are small so there is a much more personal touch, if you are struggling with anything Jana will always offer one to one help. Although I only go to Pilates there is a wide variety of classes on offer as well as other advice regarding nutrition / womens health. Highly recommend
