My sports massage with Donna was brilliant! Suffering from some bad RSI and sciatica made worse from working at home. Donna worked on these problem areas and the pain relief afterwards was a great improvement. Offered tips for yoga moves to do at home and explained everything very thoroughly. Will definitely be returning for a follow up for an hour next time, and felt very safe there due to the strict COVID measures in place. Thanks again Donna! See you in a couple of weeks 😊

Really good sports massage. Donna is very friendly and put you at ease whist removing all those tight knots. Great communication up to the appointment, and very Covid safe particularly as it's obviously very close contact. Highly recommended.
