Absolutely love our orangerie. The team were fantastic despite the weather!! I received a phone call at every stage of the build which put my mind at rest. Immaculate job I would post a picture if I could. Thank you for making this build stress free!!

Bunch of clowns turned a simple job into a nightmare rude management would definitely NOT recommend

Got our conserveratory done about 1-2 months ago. Very disappointed after what we have paid 4-5 grands extra compare to other quotes only to get a better service. Visual guys are very sweet before taking projects/ taking money but once you have paid them then they are not willing to help you at all. We had only one issue raised, a gutter pipe which we understood afterwards that it should have taken out. We rang them as only the wall had done but they totally denied to do it. Even we said we will either pay you extra, or will get this job done by ourselves. The main person old man who got a thick head, he totally denid to do it. Then i rang other person who got us signed this contract and he said it would be fine but he never got back to me till today cos of what this old man already said NO??? Even after that we have to wait 10 days for windows and other work to start because they said everything is ready but its not?????????????? if they say to you they work 9-5 or will work continuously then dont believe it cos they took so many days off? why? because they working on other projects at the same time with limited staff? The gutter pipe removing extra job was only 3-5 hours job which i recieved a quote by private company to remove that gutter pipe for just 250-500 quid. This extra job if i do it now after conservatory is done then it would cost me thousands. If they would have removed the pipe or allowed me to do it then their job would have been become so easier too and they could have save money (with both labour and items) as i can see there are so many patches at the roof they did plus so much time they spent to make a box around the pipe to cover it. I never seen such an idiot company which makes their job hard or which make their staff life hard. This is only when the owners think about themselves, their pockets and don't care about anything else.

Visual Conservatories replaced my windows and doors and the service from the start was impressive. The initial salesman was professional and kept me fully up to date with the plans. The fitters were just as great and the quality of their products are excellent. They also use Hitachi Finance and I found this really advanced and easy to use. I’ve just had my porch replaced with them and my parents have now used them for a new conservatory. Excellent service and super quality. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Excellent service and overall finished product. We were unsure as to what we wanted for our conservatory but the staff at visual were helpful and knowledgeable and designed us a perfect room. All the tradesmen were very professional and worked hard and were all very polite and helpful. They even finished the work off by adding a step and decorative stones around the edges. Thank you so much, we would definitely recommend visual for anyone wanting a conservatory or orangery.

I have waited a few months after my large extension build to place this review. My open plan extension was built from November through to end of January 21. The first and second stage of the build went very smoothly. The final stage we encountered problems with visuals external contractors the plumber was very unprofessional leaving and hiding the main water pipe leaking. However the builder spotted it and soon rectified it. I recommend Visuals to change their plumber, he was very ignorant, my joiner did say the plumbing could have been done better and had to change pipes again. We also had a few leaks and after a few contacts with management and after speaking to the Director Steve Cooper they were soon fixed. I did find office management a bit disorganised and on occasions rude. I.am now glad that the build was during some unpleasant weather conditions and we were aware of leaks quickly. Visuals own staff were very courteous and professionals especially the roofers. All in all I am very pleased with our new beautiful open plan extension. The bricks match 100% to my existing house. We have had loads of compliments from neighbours and our own contractors visiting. Still awaiting our SAP energy certification from Visuals.

Thankyou for our superb orangery build! The finished product is amazing and a few of our friends have Visual booked for later in the year after seeing the extra living space it has created for us as a family. The tradesmen that came on site were polite, professional and really respectful of our home which was especially important during Covid times. Not only have Visual added a fantastic space to our home, the range of options available meant that we could choose exactly what we wanted and the finish is exceptional…From the lantern roof to the perfectly matched brickwork it is something we will enjoy for many years to come.

Visual Conservatories are currently installing a conservatory in Skipton for a neighbour of ours and we have found them to be completely inconsiderate. They have used the whole of our double width drive without our permission for parking their Luton van, they have trampled across our garden, they have crushed our plants with large window frames and toolboxes and have used our privately owned garden as a path. Even when asked not to do it they have been caught later behaving in the same inconsiderate way. When I contract out a conservatory build or new windows, I now know who not to consider : Visual Conservatories!
