Wish I could rate it zero stars! Horrible customer service! We called to inquire about a refund and were promised one over the phone. We then paid for services individually and the refund never appeared on my account. I emailed and sure enough, I did not qualify for a refund. I'd love to know who told me I could get one over the phone. They can laugh about keeping my 170 pounds without any vouchers given!

5/ 5

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff with good knowledge on places to visit and plenty of accommodation recommendations. Friends were pleased with the helpfulness received during July 2016. The gift shop has plenty of unique items on offer from local artists. Worth including the gift shop on your shopping trip to Bath for great souvenirs/ gifts for loved ones as some items they stock are not readily found in other shops.
