Although short, my interaction with Visa & Immigration UK Ltd was just what I needed: the answers to a few simple questions for my citizenship application that just could not find anywhere on the internet and the AN Guidance document. All this over the phone and at no cost. Thank you so so much!

The Lawyer did not take initiative or put any effort to understand my case towards mum's visa application. She had lived here in the U.K, in the 70's till 80's for 11 years and due to unforseen circumstances had to leave for India, Kolkata. She had legal rights which she wanted to be reinstated. I am U.K citizen, legal aid was not provided to me, this being a special case. She is 76 years old, who has various health conditions, she lives alone in Kolkata, and has dementia. She has high blood pressure now. I am deeply concerned for her. Turpin and Miller' service was really so bad, I have lost faith. The lawyer wanted to be paid, which was unaffordable, I am a student about to start University, in September this year, I feel anxoius for my mum who I would have liked to have been here in the U.K with me and my younger brother, so that we could look after here.
