Overall quite poor. - Filthy gym floor, equipment, changing rooms and showers - Steam room is frankly disgusting - If you plan to reach the gym by car, be prepared for queues up to 20-30 min before you get a spot in the small parking space On top of this there are a lot of minor inconveniences, such as the two showers in the pool area only having two settings out of a sick boarding school: either steaming hot or icy cold. Barely acceptable at the £60/month Vitality rate but at £100+/month for the standard one it is absolutely outrageous.

The gym and changing rooms are above average. The pool, spa and showers leave a lot to be desired. The pool area looks great in the photos, not so great in real life.

I like this gym with different areas for machine weights, free weights and cardio. One thing to mention is that there is limited parking which often fills up, if you turn up at the wrong time there will be a queue of cars and you may need to wait up to 20 minutes for a space to become available. Also to note the free weights section is pretty small and the set up isn't that impressive, during busy times there is no space at all in there. For me this gym suits people who like cardio, machine weights and classes. If you are looking for a decent free weight set up this gym won't be for you.

Firstly before I get into the gym itself . The placement of where its located is incredible. Its almost like its in another world. The gym itself is beautiful. Everything is spaced out wonderfully. The views from the gym when your working out are beautiful. The machines are clean and of such a high standard. Swimming pool sauna and steam room are all there .the gym in a whole is very clean. Parking seems to be an issue

Great Gym, nice space and parking, only downside is that the machines never got cleaned, but then again my review might be a bit outdated. Awesome little place to get a good workout, nice atmosphere and plenty of gym equipment!

Fairly good, big and clean gym. A bigger group workout area would be nice.

I left a good review before, but after rejoining not too long ago I didn't have a good experience. Pool area - The most annoying thing is people leaving their towels, phones and tablets on the loungers, and then getting mad that you take them off to lie down? The loungers are there for people to relax, not store their personal belongings. If you want people moving your stuff, give the phone to a lifeguard, they will put it in a safe place in their storage room, and hang your towel on a hook, there are 3 locations in the pool area. Don't start whining about people moving your things from where they shouldn't be. Would be good to have at least some effort from the management or lifeguards about this - put up a sign on one of those holders you use for notifications or tell people off when they do it. Hygiene - Path to the pool from men's showers is always dirty - fluff and dirt. Surely for the price of the membership it can be a bit cleaner? Gym - In the gym only one punch bag is left, unlike before, when there were two and no one had a problem with that, but now apparently they can only have one bag? As someone who comes in just for sauna and boxing, I am quite disappointed, and might have to switch to an different gym in Ealing if nothing changes.
