Rosa was excellent. Went easy on the first session; not too dark, hairline not too low, and gave herself and me room for adjustments. Faded a little after the first session which is normal. After the adjustments in the second session, it looked excellent and natural. Soft broken hairline, not too dark, and blended perfectly with my natural hair. She invited me for 3rd and 4th sessions to see how it was going and blend it even more. I'm African with dark skin, and she did an excellent job considering I had been to a few other reputable places in the past who said SMP wouldn't make much difference considering my complexion. To top it off, I have a 5-year touch up guarantee! If you're thinking of it, go for it. If money is the issue, they have a good payment plan

It was a great experience from star to finish. Rosa did a wonderful job and the results are better then expected. I was in very competent hands and knew what was happening at each stage. The treatment was painless and I could have fallen asleep. I would recommend everyone to book a consultation.

My experience with Vinci has exceeded my expectations! Sabina talked me through everything in great detail and put me at ease, as I was nervous at my first appointment. I've had appointments with both her and Rosa and they are warm, friendly, highly skilled and knowledgeable. The results of my treatments are impressive. The procedure obviously wont grow your hair back, but for myself it has meant I no longer have to wear hair powder to cover my scalp (which can't be good for your hair or health?!), I can wear my hair in a couple of different styles and my scalp is now far less noticeable through my hair. It has also reduced my hair routine time, as I was previously spending so much time just concealing my condition. Hair loss is a highly emotional experience to everyone, but maybe slightly more so for women, so its nice being treated by lovely caring women who's main goal is to give you good results and restore confidence as much as possible. I look forward to my top up appointments at Vinci as we always have good chats and my hair looks even better after, so all in all its a very positive experience! I would highly recommend Vinci and especially Sabina and Rosa at the Manchester clinic, to any woman or man who is struggling with their condition and their confidence. I wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again, thank you!

I had a very good experience of hair pigmentation at Vinci Manchester.I was very nervous when I went in for my first session but Sabina explained to me every thing very well and I felt much relieved. After my first session the results were amazing and Sabina had done the job at very high standards.Now I have completed my session required for the treatment and I am am very happy with it.
