Leisure pools were good, (one outdoor). Pillows could be better, heard what sounded like an animal in the night and next morning, could also here next door people talking. Zoo very close by. Breakfast nice. Location good.

Stayed here about 8 years ago and again in Sept 2021. Nice site away from the strip but close enough to travel to by car or taxi (about £11). Right next door to zoo which is great. Outdoor heated pool is also ideal regardless of what the weather is like.

Honestly the most friendliest people work here. I had the best experience. Me and my family met two wonderful ladies Charlotte and Emma and another new lady, didn’t catch her name :( 5/5 from me. It was just perfect, clean and tidy. Breakfast was a 10/10. The pool was outstanding. The gym was clean. Staff that worked at the gym and poolside were so welcoming and nice. I couldn’t of asked for anything better. I recommend this place.

Always love it here although it is now starting to look a little tired and mainly caters for gym goers and golfing parties. We booked two nights then booked an extra night. Guess what? Our room keys didn't work on the third day even though Emma at reception said that it would be a seamless transition. Will certainly look at other options when coming to Blackpool again :-(

4/ 5

A nice hotel in a good location at a good price. The breakfast was very good. Our room was a little tired with a flickering/clicking tube in one of the mirror lights as well as a hot water mixer on the bath/shower tap that would not go above 30 degrees. Could not use the shower or bath as a result. Good job it was only a one night stay. The leisure centre was very popular with both heated indoor and outdoor pools, both of a decent size. Lots of golfists about, too, because of the adjacent golf course. An event of theirs in the restaurant meant that it was not open to hotel guests, which was poor, IMHO.
