Great service! We purchased a Tylö’Helo steam room from Viking Sauna under a supply & install basis. The team was very responsive throughout the ordering, delivery and installation. I was really keen to have sauna installed in my property. Found Viking Sauna online and gave them a go. Unfortunately, it was extreme disappointment. The showroom looks very poor, and owners of the company have no idea what they are selling. Stay away from this company if you don't want to be in trouble.

We were given prompt and reliable service both from head office and from lovely Marcelo who recognised and fixed the problem very quickly. Marcelo even gave us a few pointers on best sauna maintenance to ensure the longest life for our unit. A job well done.
