I had a spray tan. The person doing it was really lovely and reassuring etc. However immediately the palms of my hands appeared to have the tanning mixture on them. I used a wipe but it wasn't coming off. The beautician was calm and advised I scrub them when I got home..i followed all the instructions I was given. By the next morning my hands were Orange with white between my fingers. My feet were the colour of creosote with streaks .. not at all like the rest of my body. Dreadful!! I went back to the shop to say.. Can you help me.. the person looked at my hands and feet and agreed it wasn't right.. no remedy offered, no money back just an..oh dear... I am writing this review to warn you! I would not go there again it was a shocker and I looked ridiculous!! Friendly beautician tho!!.

Amazing service here, IPL didn't work completly after 2 rounds so Becky said she would continue, without fee until its gone! Also had an amazing massage here free of charge! So greatful for the excellent service here.

I had the course of massages (6 sessions of full body massage). Denise did all 6 of them, and never have I ever felt so instantly comfortable with someone. I used to get back spasms frequently causing me to be unable to stand sometimes, these regular massage's have dramatically reduced this. Not only did the massages physically ease so much tension in my body but they have also helped my mental health realising the importance of self-care and to invest time and money in yourself. I can not thank Victoria Rose enough for being flexible when needing to change appointments at last minute and for being so lovely throughout the past 6 months of my treatments! And a special thanks to Denise again, for creating a space of true relaxation and for helping me become more in tune with my own body :)

I really wouldn’t be recommend this to anyone, Being a beauty therapist myself this wasn’t up to standards, the lady with the dark hair was very rude, certainly wouldn’t use this beauty salon again. This wasn’t the case, you were rude general. The gift card wasn’t expired as it didn’t have an expire date on it but we can talk about this further, I wasn’t going to argue with you because there were other people in the waiting room, If I didn’t call back you would of withheld money £22 of mine and your excuse was your were too busy. Yes my mother did call you as it was both of our vouchers, Thank you for your call I have now asked you to twice to leave this now as it’s my birthday today so please do so. Kindest regards.

I have been having a course of massages done to relieve pain and tension, which has helped massively and I have always been made to feel welcomed and comfortable. They are always curtious and professional. From the moment I walk in I fèel relaxed and been provided with an amazing service. Would recommend them to other people. The experience has been all round amazing and I would go back for other treatments.

Nice place and nice people but really not a good wax unfortunately. And expensive too considering.

Blissful experience. I feel like a new person. Stacey has given me a full body scrub twice now, and it's my absolute favourite thing. She is really gifted - healing hands. She was using an organic salt scrub with oils, which I much prefer, as topical treatments still soak into the system, and this is full of natural goodness. All round great experience. Thank you!

Have had a course of 6 massages to help me with really painful back and shoulders. My therapist Tee, was lively and chatty but very professional and has really made a difference to my pain and tension. Have booked another course to maintain the progress made. Would recommend Tee as a therapist !
