Rude. Ironically there seems to be a pattern with this guy offering zero customer service as less than a month ago another customer experienced the same absurd request that you buy a whole roll of tape as they can’t offer a strip as part of the service. I accepted and offered to leave the tape behind for future customers to enjoy the fruits to which he said “no they will get used to us offering it” what’s wrong with that? I used the tape to then discover they don’t take card and I had no cash, due to their poor business model of not offering tape and then not taking card it resulted in me offering to go back when I was passing with the £2. My partner went in today to post a package and was met with vile behaviour and accusations about the £2 she owed (it was in fact me) I would walk 2000 miles to post a letter rather then step foot in this circus of a post office again! Local service down the pan!!!

Not one of the staff were wearing masks or social distancing from customers - felt very uncomfortable in there. Clicked at me to put my parcel on weighing scales. Always a rude service there.
