An extremely enjoyable and high-quality manicure and pedicure, and everyone was lovely! It was abundantly clear that all COVID-19 guidelines were being strictly adhered to, and I felt entirely safe and relaxed. Every aspect of the service had been carefully considered, and the entire salon was spotlessly clean and designed for social distancing.

I have been going here for longtime and have NEVER been disappointed by anything. Once they were allowed to reopen after covid, I went asap. They are following every single guideline required and then some. They are leading by example that small businesses that respect and follow the guidelines can and will survive. Thank you to everyone that works there!

I came in with my mum to get infills was told they were £24 which we were fine with we then were getting our nails done and the shop was quiet however as soon as they start getting a few customers come in they rush to the point where they may as well tell us to do them ourselves, we then had our nails painted whilst there was still acrylic stuck to our fingers because they did the acrylic messy, I can see through my polish and my mums wasn’t even dry properly because she was told to dry her nails her self because the lady decided to do someone else’s nails instead. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all I also have had two nails snap off two times I’ve already gone back once to get them fixed now another one has broken off absolutely ridiculous

Went there for the first time today and my nails look great. Ann really took her time doing it and made sure they were perfect. I had a manicure and pedicure ( not gel) and the pedicure was spectacular, my feet feel so smooth and the massage chair was the perfect addition for complete comfort.

Visited today because I needed my bright nail colour removing for a funeral. I asked for my shellac to be soak off and more reapplied. The lady got me a bowl and I put my hands in. Another lady came and started drilling my nails with the file. I asked her to soak them off. She started soaking it off and then proceeded to file them again. My nails are left weak and splitting. As a result I had to have my nails cut short. Whilst filing my nails, the cheap file gave me a deep paper cut too! I hate my nails and massively regret visiting this shop. I went in with long, strong natural nails to now short, weak bendy nails. It really upset me, this wasn’t what I asked for. I also thought cuticles were normally done too, mine are still so bad that if I pushed them back it would look like my nails were done 2 weeks ago. Really dissatisfied. At the end the lady apologised and said they don’t do soak offs, well then don’t tell me you do in the first place. UPDATE Since the owner has replied, i should add that this was the first time having shellac removed and the second time having it applied for 8 months. My nails were in perfect condition before this shop removed the shellac. Also, the shellac wasn't removed the correct way in the fluid like they've stated. The lady attempted it after asking her but then went back to the electric file despite my disapproval

It was OK, waiting was very long. Showed a picture of what I wanted doing. Lady struggled with the design. I'd rather have been told they couldn't do it and would have done something else. Left with nails I don't really like :(
