The Warren appears for the Brighton Fringe Festival every May and what a place! Free entry to the 'garden bars' with easy access to lots of music, comedy and theatre shows. The box office is at the entrance and there always acts and representatives of the acts wandering around and telling what's on offer that day. A number of bars and food stalls mean you can hang out there all day! Brighton at its best!

Came for the little Christmas Market. It was cute but quite small and quiet - although we did go during the week so it might be a bit more lively at the weekend. It looked like they might do live music as well so would definitely go back to check that out if I were still local. If you do go, check out the oyster stall - they have a lovely secret recipe pomegranate dressing and the person working there was lovely!

Certainly not worth going to see, needs improvement. The Christmas market was trying hard, must do better. However. The oyster stall was excellent, as was the fudge stall. But there has to be musicians or dancers booked for every day for the stage. There are so many dance groups and classes all itching to perform on stage outdoors. And they would bring their own supporters. And they would need feeding!

Been there at first Brighton Christmas Market. There was a lot of food and drink stools. Not enough craft or gift traders but I can highly recommend Viking Drinking Horns. Good quality in reasonable price and very friendly and helpful traders.

Now possible to walk South from North of St Peters church, to the edge of Pavilion Gardens, without having to cross a road. Lovely new pathways through the gardens. A bit annoying that they are shared with cyclist but hey ho, still a lovely walking/resting place. Great planting. Lots of grass to sit on and of course, the Mazda Electric Fountain, which was built over 90 years ago.

I went there as it was advertised as a Christmas Market. I have given it 1 star but it doesn't even deserve that. Went at 11.30 am as it was advertised to open at 11. Abysmal is the only word I can think of. Half or more of the ' sheds ' weren't even open and those that were most sold food and drink at hugely inflated prices. I must give a thumbs up to the Chestnut, Brighton museum and information stalls who were all open and very cheerful.
