The staff appeared to only have one working computer out of three stations and only one member of staff working in the two people present. Props to the member of staff on the phone to IT who was trying her best in a somewhat difficult situation. The second member of staff kept her headphones in and wasn't talking to someone so I can only imagine what she was listening to. Please add extra time to to your parking meter as you'll probably have to wait extra time than expected even if you have an appointment.

Very Good Service and staffs are helpful.

The lady who was on the counter was very helpful. She charged me more by mistake and returned my money back by contacting me. I was not aware of the the fact how much has been charged. I trusted anyway, and was trustworthy.

We were in this office yday and got to say both members of staff are very helpful couldnt fault a single thing in the whole procedure and the grief they got off people abt visas been cancelled not there fault no need to speak to the staff with a attitude not on its not there fault x
