Staff are amicable & always ask if I want a drink & check I am okay. The person who does my hair (Jade) is lovely & bubbly & considering my hair is so thick & a bit more time consuming, no one ever complains having to put that extra effort into it. Prices are favourable & I have thus far been a satisfied customer each visit.

I had my hair burnt there when trying to return from black back to blond hair colour, terrible attitude when faced with the results of my hair burnt, no apologies, no refund, no remorse shown. I was so upset and had to have my hair completely cut off in another salon where they thought I did that to myself! I'd never recommend this salon, in fact I'd strongly suggest to anyone to avoid the salon if you value your hair and image.
