Dropped of car at 09.00hrs to collect at 12.00hrs. Returned at 12.00hrs. Saw that car had not moved.

Dropped of car at 09.00hrs to collect at 12.00hrs. Returned at 12.00hrs. Saw that car had not moved. Asked receptionist if it was ready she said it was still being worked on, liar ! I watched my car not moving for 15 mins then told receptionist it was in the carpark. She said they were doing the paperwork, liar !! At which time I saw the mechanic dash out and take my car in the workshop. 30 mins later it came back out. Basicaly I was blatently lied to. The service only took 30 mins. What guarrante do I have that the service was actually carried out. ? Liars !!!
