Here it is:
The staff are enforcing the rules really well and it is very very good on this. However, today it went a bit further than enforcing the rules. It went on punishing clients for no reasons and without any proves.
On one hand, the staff had the full reason to close the steaming room as some customers clearly do not understand the rules and have broken them by either shaving (yeah, weird enough or using essential oils). Yet, it punished the customers in the sauna room, by kicking us out 50 min before the closing time, with no proves whatsoever for rules being broken. I have been in the sauna room and no one broke the rules. Yet it was closed. Yet got odd answers when asked why: 'we need to make people understand they rules have to be respected' or another reason , 'there is 50 min anyway before it closes'. Well, what about those who make an effort to come only for those 50 min? Clearly, if there are no broken rules in one room then do not punish people, yet close the room with the problems only. Then, guess what? I went and discussed with the manager and to check if that was legitimised approach to close both rooms when clearly only one room had a problem. Actually the manager told me he did not know the two rooms were closed, he knew only of the steaming room. And he agreed it shouldn't suppose to be like that, it was unfair.
Also, one of the staff told me that I talk too much without listening. I did listen, I did agree with the steaming room being closed as the rules were broken, but I cannot agree to be kicked out from the sauna and clearly no one has admitted the sauna had broken rules, including the staff. Way too harsh to punish customers. As a matter of fact, I canceled the next debit card payment for the December month.
