We have had 3 cars from Vauxhall in the past and never ever had a problem... this last time they have absolutely excelled the customer service! My husband had a no fault accident and our car ended up being a write off. From word go all staff went above and beyond to help us & advised with various different things we had to complete... David Blackburn took complete charge of everything for us. Asked us what car we was looking for and went ahead and found us the perfect one!.. easy as that! He was very patient as my husband couldn't drive for 3 weeks after the accident... David rang on a regular basis just as a welfare chat and if there was anything at all he could help with. We really could not of asked anymore from the whole team... but a special mention to David! Thanks again :)

I am sooooo pleased with my new car, so is my daughter. I really do love it more than I thought I would. Just bought a second hand car from Tony, great work. Took a little longer than expected to get it right, but better right once than wrong and multiple visits. Modern airy atmosphere, nice coffee, range of teas. Friendly and child friendly staff.

Patrick was very accommodating when arranging test drive from New Zealand and was very helpful when responding to all questions I put to him about the car. He also made the whole process a breeze for me (first car I’d bought in years!). As such I’d expect his boss to, at the very least, buy Patrick a slap up breakfast!

I’m a first time buyer and the team at Vauxhall (Jack and Peter) were very accommodating and talked me through everything. Jack made sure my new car had all the requirements I was looking for including the colour which I was very particular about! Thanks very much!

Fantastic service from JCT600 Vauxhall, Sticker Lane, Bradford. I have to mention Linda on Motability, especially, as she is Awesome. She has gone above and beyond to look after me. A Massive Thank You to the receptionist too, who was very polite and very knowledgeable.

The trainee salesperson Jae was an excellent communictor. She worked hard to understand my precise requirements and locate a car within the dealership that satisfied them. I was very happy with the eventual outcome. This was the third car I had purchased from that particular dealership.

Very impressed with the customer service of this dealerships. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I dealt with Robert Walton who was brilliant. He always followed up and rang back when he said he would. No hard sell. He went above and beyond. Will definitely return to get my next car and recommend him to anyone and I live in Leicester!! Even got a call from another member of staff a week later to check all was ok with the car. Can't speck highly enough of this place. Thank you.
