Had my van delivered today from Vans 365. Out of all the dealerships I contacted including Ford main dealers, Lee was the only one who seemed genuinely interested in helping me to find a vehicle. As I’m a fair distance from Bristol, Lee sent me a personalised video tour of the van and following a few conversions on the phone I was confident this was the van to go for. The buying process was faultless and Lee handled everything quickly and efficiently. The delivery of the van was next day and the driver Graham was very friendly and kept me updated as to when he will arrive. No pressure selling, friendly and efficient staff. Brilliant.
