Had the best afternoon ever. Great service on booking by Nicole. Very professional and polite. Had the best massage by Anna who made me feel so comfortable and relaxed straight from the beginning. Love that they have refreshments whilst you wait including cakes, biscuits, cold juices and water and hot drinks. Cannot wait to come back again! 💜💜💜

My wife and I just finished the Royal Suite package and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly, skilled and took us to relaxation land. Finishing our package with our own couples balcony retreat with champagne and chocolates just topped it off. We will definitely be back.

After visiting this spa today I would not recommend, my daughter treated me to a spa day as I live away and haven't seen her for 3 years. This spa treatment was a lot of money for her and she was very disappointed as was I we were basically left in a lounge with no music not a lot of food left and no information as to what to expect. The five minute foot scrub was very rushed and although my massage was lovely my daughters was a lot quicker and rushed. There was also no lit candles In the room which showed lack of detail and poor customer service. The reception is was abrupt on arival and on leaving, I felt for the money the whole experience was a let down, I believe that customers should have memories of special times and this was not one.

I had a wonderful aromatherapy massage by Anna. Unlike other massage therapists I have had in the past, Anna took the time to really focus on the areas that I had asked and by the end I was in a completely blissed out and relaxed state. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing group birthday surprise here, organised by Nicole and Tracey. I had a full body massage which was amazing! Thank you so much Anna! We all got to enjoy the balcony after our treatments with refreshments and nibbles, was such a lovely experience and can’t wait to do it again
