Tried three times this morning to make an appointment. The first call was made precisely at 8-45. Each time a recorded message stated lines were not open then the connection was cut. I have been trying to make an appointment for the past two weeks. On one occasion I did manage to get through to a receptionist. Only to be told I could not make what she called a pre arranged appointment until next February. I had asked for any doctor at any time between 9-00am and 4-00pm. Disgraceful service.

I have been at this doctors since it opened and in the last few years it's become ridiculous. Like all the reviews mention, you can only get an appointment on the day and if you ring up at 8:45 you're always in a huge queue. I rang yesterday at 8:50 and was number 2 in the queue, only to be told when the receptionist answered that there were no appointments left. What are you meant to do? It's an absolutely ludicrous system. If you are fortunate enough to get an appointment it's a lottery of who you get to see. My doctor of choice is Dr. Storey. He's great. Patient and thorough but I probably get him one in every twenty. Something has to change. Very close to swapping practices now.

Terrible, can never get appointment even though you call between 8.45 - 9am. Most of the time it says sorry cannot be connected. And when you finally do get through, appointments have all gone..then told to call back tomorrow at 8.45 for this to happen again. It's ridiculous you can't book appointments in advance. Let's not forget the rude receptionists who think they are doctors.

To get an appointment, you have to make a complaint to their website and they will get in contact with you. Otherwise it's pretty much redundant phoning them

Total useless, no where to go, can't do anything!!!! Ring at 8:45 it goes to call can not be completed, after 15 times finally got through. In the queue for over 30 minutes then they tell you NO MORE APPOINTMENT!!!! if you need an appointment call again tomorrow 8:45!!! Or walk in center. And for all this for a 90+ years old non English speaking old man. Absolutely hopeless
