Usquabae Whisky Bar And Larder

The location and atmosphere are great and so is the selection of whisky and the food is good but a bit pricey. We felt like we would have appreciated someone to spend some time to explain the whisky menu and to give us some recommendations (or at least ask if we needed any) as the selection is huge and if you are not an expert it can be quite confusing. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I ve been so happy to spend my time with my best friend there. It was my first time at Usquabae. Infinite choice of whiskies. Highly recommended.

Awesome bar/restaurant. Waiters are attentive, helpful and friendly. Favourite place to get a meal / drink in Edinburgh. Worth every penny.

Delicious cocktails. The bartender tastes each drink before it goes out and he knows what he’s doing. Also the deserts we ordered were absolutely delicious.

Ask for a booth when you book! It's super cozy if you do get one (rocking chairs are amazing). The whisky list is huge and not very informative, but the food menu has some pairing suggestions in case you come unprepared. Food was great too by the way.
