Very expensive however very nice

I've been getting my nails done here for about 2 years, my nails always last so long! I've been to Sara and Chelsea quite a few times, all the members of staff here are lovely. Don't go anywhere else now for nails, highly recommend!

I have had two manicures previously at USA Beauty which I was happy with (gel polish on top of acrylic extensions on a few of my shorter nails). However, today I came to have the gel polish and extensions removed and the technician didn’t check which fingers had my real nails and filed my own fingernail with too abrasive a tool, the barrel of the drill cut into my nail very close to the nail bed which was really painful. Another technician took over and I had to stop them from clipping a chunk of my skin with nail clippers. They were apologetic at the time as I did yelp out with the pain and couldn’t put it in the removal solution as it was stinging too much. While they did take more care after this, the rest of the surface of my nails have also been filed down too far to remove the acrylic. I now can’t wash my hands under a warm tap as my nails are too sensitive and are so thin they are spongy. I love the look of gel and acrylic nails but I will never get them done again at USA Beauty again. If I feel compelled to get another manicure somewhere else once my nails have recovered, I will NEVER let anyone use an electric drill on my natural nail. Even with a light abrasive barrel, they are simply to powerful. I’m currently having to wear gloves and take painkillers as my fingernails are throbbing. This is a really terrible malpractice that I have seen in many salons - take care if you are getting your nails done here!

Absolutely disgraceful my girlfriend got her eyebrows done and the woman clearly didn't know what she was doing she has completely ruined her eyebrows and there is wax all over her face and on top of that it took 45 MINUTES!!! The woman that done it was clearly new and should not be near anyone's eyebrows she will not be coming back ever Absolutely shocking I do not recommend.

Me and my friend came here to get our nails done, we had picked out the ones we wanted before we can on our phones. We waited 50 mins and then we were finally served. We’ve been cut on both our ring fingers quite badly and there is glue leaking out from the bottom of the fingers. They also didn’t help a disabled person out the door which I found very rude, he was getting trapped between the door. Our nails are done but they costed £25 and £35. They tried to charge us both £45 each which is an absolute scam, they’ve not even copied the pictures. The electric drill gave us a total of 5 gashes on our ring fingers and will not be coming back. To anyone who thinks or wants to book look at this review beforehand. Thanks! (I’ve also posted the nails we wanted below).
