Had Andy come around to fit a bedroom for carpet. Super-organised and efficient, really impressed with his skills. Guys in the store we’re really helpful allowing us borrow carpet swatches to test colours too. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Just spoke to Jason on the phone. He just didn't want to listen to me because I was trying to get a house ftted with carpets whilst I am not there. What a patronising person. You have no customer relation skill whatsover. Well Jason becuse of you your company just lost a big customer.

I bought the carpet for my new apartment from here, something I had no idea about doing at the time. Rob S was extremely helpful explaining the ins and outs of the process, and showed a full range of carpets at different price points to work with my budget. Jason who went to take measurements at the apartment was really friendly and followed up immediately with a phone call to keep me in the loop. The original carpet we wanted was out of stock, so another quick trip in had everything sorted in no time, and we had the perfect carpet fitted ready to move in. I couldn't recommend the team who work at Urmston Carpet highly enough, and if I ever need to get a new carpet, this is the first and only place I'll be coming!
