URELAX – Bournemouth

I took my Mum and we booked a couple's massage - £95 for two people for an hour was excellent value. The quality of the massage was excellent. We were on professional masseuse beds, in separate small well heated rooms, but there was an open door between us so we could talk/hear each other. The massage rooms were down a steep set of stairs, but once down, the massage rooms were softly lit, nicely decorated, they smelt nice and had nice relaxing background music playing. Very interesting wallpaper in the toilet! The massages were so so good. My Mum has a back problem but her masseuse Tum really listened and Mum said afterwards that her back felt better for days. The reception area is a bit awkward, there was no music and people who come out of their massage and people going in have to sit in the same place, which considering it only has two chairs doesn't really work. The lady ahead of us finished late, so we started late and then the lady behind us was clearly made to be even later. Despite that, it was really great and not putting us off going again. Mum has been talking about going again for days now 😊

All round fantastic experience - best message I have ever had. Staff were very welcoming and the place was extremely relaxing and spotlessly clean! Would highly recommend!

A tranquil retreat in the middle of a bustling high-street. Best Thai massage I've had! Such friendly and professional staff (particular shout out to Muchy for an incredible massage, and to Daniella for finding my lost watch and returning to me!) Definitely recommend - cannot wait to come back!
