Tom is an absolutely fantastic groomer. I have been taking Ralph to him since he was just a few months old. Not only does he come out smelling and looking amazing but he is always happy to see Tom and calm when I pick him up. He is so good with him, going at Ralph's pace and offering cuddles, play and reassurance. I wouldn't take him anywhere else. 🤩

My two cocker spaniel boys visited Tom at Urban Dog Grooming & Spa for the second time today. I am so very fussy when it comes to who I trust with my boys, and from the very first moment I met Tom I felt like he was a friend I'd known for years. He has a true passion for what he does and is a genuine dog lover. He service is outstanding and the boys look (and smell) beautiful and are finished exactly the way I like. But more important for me as an owner, the boys are happy, and I am relaxed when I walk away and leave them. Tom is an absolutely first class groomer, and a blooming nice chap. Highly recommend.

Took my 2 springer spaniels today, 1 of which is very difficult!! I was so nervous to leave them but both very happy and relaxed in collection. They look amazing and smell fantastic. Fabulous job Tom, thanks so much. Highly recommend.
