We recently bought a car from Aaron at Urban Car Company. He was very professional, helpful, and friendly. We felt very well informed on the history of the car and we were given a fair price for parts exchange. The car needed a new battery fitted soon after purchase, which we were made aware it might need. This was dealt with very quickly without a hiccup and was covered under warranty. I waited to have an evaluation on the car before doing my review because I wanted to be certain that the used 2013 car that I purchased was road worthy and a decent car. I contacted Urban because of the online reviews. The service Aaron gave me was excellent throughout the purchase process and also after buying the car with the follow up queries I had. I appreciated that they looked over the car and did some minor replacements on it to ensure it was in good working order before the sale went through and kindly replaced one minor detail after the sale had gone through. Our family have bought our last 5 cars from Urban ,both trading in and also they sourced cars for us that they didn't have.
