Just had front and back doors fitted ,first class quality and price hard to beat, with no deposit and nothing to pay until I was more than happy with the job, used this company for years. would highly recommend.

We got a back door measured in February 2018, the guys were out to fit less than 1 week later. They even disconnected our alarm sensor and re-fitted it to the new door because one of the guys had been trained in that!!. Door is good quality, no sticks or jams and has no problems locking and unlocking. Guy advised us on products to clean it and oil the latches (silicon spray for both) and a graphite oil specifically for the door lock (Do NOT USE WD40!!!). Door cleans up really well and is totally watertight. The installation itself looks a good quality job with uniform sealant beading that looks neat and tidy. We've had no problems opening and closing this door in 8 months. I can't speak for others who have had bad experiences but we went for these guys because they were local to us and our friends had new doors fitted 1 year prior and had no problems.

Requested a quotation only for the guy to turn up, take a quick look at the windows, mentioned a price and then proceeded to arrange fitting times and get a surveyor sent out to measure?! Then asked me to sign something, which i stupidly did and realised that it was the purchase agreement so i'm doing my upmost to cancel ASAP before anyone arrives to fit windows, as per my right to do so as mentioned on the contract. There was no sales pitch or any info as to what i would be paying for. Trying to call head office and sales guy to cancel but nobody is responding. Be careful.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Doors are shocking , customer service is worse , most unhelpful people i’ve ever dealt with !!! Would give no stars at all if it let me. My door is lovely to look at but been fitted wrong and their ‘ warranty’ covers a lot until you ask for something to be fixed !! Will never use again and will always advise people not to use , plenty better companies out there!!!
