I am currently touring with a large-scale theatre tour and aren't able to see my regular physio, due to being away from home. I found Jon at Unwind through Google and was able to get a Sunday appointment which was fabulous. The sports massage was fantastic and he gave some really good advice about ways I can help myself and stretches I can do at home. Definitely recommend!

I received a wonderful and very professional deep tissue massage this morning from Jon. It brought instant pain relief. He was able to find and break down knots in areas I was not even aware had knots. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing as he went along. I would highly recommend him.
