Spent 2 weeks in this place, overall it's pretty good. Facilities and environment are nice. However, I strongly suggest you to not eat the food in the canteen unless you are left with no other choices. The food there is indescribably awful. Except that everything else is just fine.

Great place to study HOWEVER if you are a visitor, beware of the parking which is run by ParkingEye.

2/ 5

Great place to study HOWEVER if you are a visitor, beware of the parking which is run by ParkingEye. Ensure you pay the correct amount AND KEEP your ticket for at least 2 months as I and many others have received parking fines even after paying the correct amount. You will need the ticket to prove you have paid (meters only take cash or pay via the app). I did manage to get the parking notice cancelled but it wasted a lot of my time and was very frustrating to get a fine when I had followed all procedures correctly. So beware of ParkingEye, who are basically running a scam, hoping you have thrown away your ticket ! They very kindly sent me evidence of my entry and exit which proved that I had paid the correct amount, so make sure you pay and also use your CORRECT licence plate number. The fine is £130 if you get any of this wrong, which is a lot of money for a few minutes on a tiny bit of tarmac, you can fly somewhere exotic for less than that.

5/ 5

this is mainly a review of the security and cafe staff, whose professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness is the best in town! However, the parking facilities and signage could do with a lot of work. Overall the campus is clean, modern, spacious and well designed - even if there's been a series of leaks in the atrium which never seem to go away.

Receptionist in the Form building is extremely rude and felt somehow racist towards international student. I asked if this is the library, she replied it’s the reception ( which is obvious) instead of just showing me where it is. No greetings back, nothing, just a rude miserable face.

Haven't been here in year's, but loved it all the same.. 4 star's only because the CNWL Training Site sign was a tad small.. They need to make that sign bigger & also the lift button was broken.. Once those are dealt with, I'll definitely give the 5 star's.. Clean & covid-friendly campus, parking bays not far from the main Forum centre, that's where I needed to go to.. Very spacious on the inside, a cute little cafe on the main floor too, so really did like that.. All in all, a great experience today, would definitely go back again
