Did my MSc in the Business School in 2013. Thorough enjoyed my experience. From my tutor's contact I got an internship at a luxury branding agency and man, it was a life's turning point - I end up working in fashion marketing now and have worked for countless fashion brands. I never understand how some people complain teaching at university. Uni life is how you make out of it. No one sit by your side to tell you what to learn!

it’s a nice environment and gorgeous building but the chance to have a job it’s really poor. There are a member of staff are quite racist and not support the students which effect the university reputation badly, for example Liz pooh in law school and more , the university should strain the lecturers and staff who really need the university to get best ranking in the UK . I studied law and master afterwards , but no job even when I applied for my university as a compliance officer they rejected my application, When i emailed them to say that i don’t dispute their decision but just ask for the reason of rejection, they said they will not explain anything because I didn’t reach an interview point. I really disappointed unfortunately I feel that I west my time

A modern & well equipped Uni that offers a good range of courses. The facilities are great, but surprisingly there seems to be no air conditioning in the classrooms which is a significant problem as they can be cold in the mornings but get hot very quickly with a full contingent of students. The central courtyard 'heart space' is especially attractive with its stunning high ceilings & lots of glass, overlooked by the library & some the classrooms, it has several cafes here & a student bar for socialising & relaxing (although more comfy chairs & sofas would be a huge improvement)

4/ 5

Current student of UWL, even though if only for two months. The University is really nice, inclusive and shows a lot of understanding for issues, especially mental health ones. Classes are well prepared, available to look again at/listen to recording on their online studying platform. Teachers are good and understanding. Food is tasty on both London campuses and the price is good. Labs are well equipped. The only thing I don't really like are rotating doors at paragon (very annoying and I got hit at least twice because I can't walk as fast as person who goes around with me) and that at St Mary's campus getting to most classrooms from front side is basically a very long walk through long half empty corridors. For people having problem with walking long distances it may be really inconvenient.

Visited west London university for an open day- due to its location close to ealing central parking it at a prime so used justpark instead. It is a small modern university with different sites. Internally looks new, sleek and up to date- large library over 3 floors and has all the amenities a student needs. Only drawback is that it doesn't have the best transport links as bus routes are often very busy around here

2/ 5

My son is studying business management for the first year at this university and we are very sorry that he started his studies here. He has funded training and has to work and study. When he applied, they said they would have two days a week of lectures, but increased them to 3-4 days. He had to work at night and on weekends to attend lectures during the day. This is devastating. My son speaks very good English and writes his own presentations and essays. But they return them to him from the university. At the same time, other students who have a low level of English proficiency but pay other people to write presentations for them, they take the exams without a problem. The university also does not respond to students' emails. Many of them do not know whether they will continue their education or have dropped out of university. This is a humiliating attitude! Excuse me for my bad English!
