The reception staff really need to be fired they don't treat patients with respect. Also whoever picks up the phone is the worst possible person they could hire - I've just been trying to call the orthodontics department and waited for almost 30 mins(!!) just to talk to the appointments person and when they finally picked up SHE CUT THE CALL immediately. I know because I heard the phone being picked up and put down. What kind of service is this. The actual dentists, orthodontists, nurses etc are lovely.

Helpful and supportive staff. I was impressed in particular with doctor's attention to details during the surgery. It helps of course if you're willing to work with them rather than adding extra complexity to their work.

I have been a client of the student hospital and have been looked after by Edita .. she has been fantastic very caring , and has made the biggest difference to my teeth . Nothing is to much trouble , one day she will be a great dentist

This place is amazing my daughter had her braces here and the service was fantastic. The difference its made is unbelievable. How very lucky are we to have a FREE service like this . And yes at times its hard to get through on he phone but i really cant see that that is a good reason to complain . No complaints at all from me Thankyou to everyone who helped make my girl happy with her smile.

The receptionist staff are very friendly and helpful always welcoming and usually have a smile for all the patients even the awkward ones and the dentist's and support staff are top notch and don't mind explaining everything and anything that the patients might have about any concerns that they might have.

I went with my daughter to see a dentist for her dental problem. First there was barrier control car park and the ground floor was only for blue badge holders. The car park was nearly full but we mange to get a space. When u enter hospital security staff told you to put a new mask on before heading to reception. Reception desk was short on staff and the receptionist was taking ages to deal with each customer. It made me late 5 min for my appointment. Other then reception desk all other staff was nice and friendly. Waiting time was about 40 minutes thats not too bad. Dentist were very friendly and helpfull. If you have an appointment there then make sure you reach there about 20 min early for car park and reception.

Myself and husband brought my mother in on Wednesday who suffers with middle stages of vascular dementia, unfortunately my poor mother had to have a biopsie taken off her tongue and although my mother was scared and shouting a bit due to not knowing what was going on they was fantastic, from start to finish, they treated my mum with up most respect and was very compassionate and caring. It was very traumatising for all of us but they did so well. I just want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the kindness, compassion and perfectionism. You were all amazing 👏

Absolutely shocking, they never answer the phone ever and over the pandemic we had no appointments and have now been taken off the list, ridiculous

Absolutly amaizing. I would like the thank all the staff at the dental hospital for putting me at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Jenny my consultant is lovely and her assistant who explained everything. The lady in the xray department was super. Didnt rush anything and explained everything she was doing. I had two extractions a wisdom tooth and the one next to it. It was the most painless experiance i have ever had at a dentist. Thankyou everyone. Last night was the most pain free nights sleep ive had in ages. Dont suffer with the pain. Highly recomended. Thankyou Jenny xx

Amazing! They took my 10 year olds two roots out with ease, he was calm and didn't get upset after a awful experience at our own dentist, they are lovely and I can't praise them enough.
