Consistently superb nails which last, ignore the one bad review which reads suspiciously to me, remember nails are ‘jewels not tools’ if they have snapped you did something wrong with them end of or have them ridiculously long. The team at Unique work really hard and provide a professional service to all customers. I have been a customer since 2015 and never had any issues with a set. Please ensure you tell them when you need a soak off to remove old nails they need to build in the time. Keep up the great work guys and advice to any would be thieves hoping to do a runner after a new set a of nails, they are ready for you and the customers have their backs too. There are some disgusting individuals out there who have tied to run after getting a set of nails then threatened them with bad reviews. This is a cash only business dont rock up without payment or expect to run afterwards under the guise of ‘going to a cash machine’ you’ll be asked to leave your phone whilst you get the money - all of the Oakengates businesses have one another’s backs and you will not get away with it. This happened last week three girls turned up and one had a full set and tried to abscond, they let her leave when every newly applied nail had been removed. The police will be called if you are dishonest. The team there deserve nothing but the best customers.
