Excellent in all areas thank you
Would never use this facility. Your on your own if something goes wrong.
Just got my tonsils out and had lovely experience. So clean, lovely nurses and doctors and really comfy bed. Nice room too. So glad my first ever surgery was here. My doctor, Dr Ulah was so friendly, made me feel at ease and did such a good job! Also shout out to the lovely Nurse Lally As an added bonus, the breakfast was lovely and I got lots of pear pickin porky ice lollys!
Can't get through on the phone. Automated system dumps me in a no option cul-de-sac, direct phone call was summarily transferred to a too busy to answer voice mail. NOT A GOOD INTRODUCTION.
Very clean and staff are very professional. Reception was welcoming and procedures in place for Covid were great. Found the service was great and would recommend if you need to go private, go here.
I visited Ulster Independent, last night as my husband had an appointment to see a Rheumatology consultant. I have psoriatic arthritis, high blood pressure, severe asthma amongst other conditions. I wear a lanyard to sat that I am exempt from wearing a face covering. I was challenged by the nurse at the entrance, I explained the reasons why I cannot wear a mask. After a few minutes my blood pressure rises and I pass out, I also have neuralgia on both sides of my face and a visor causes extreme pain. The nurse went off to speak to speak to a senior member of staff. However when we went up to the desk the receptionist, to book in, after the nurse explained that to the receptionist that he was sorting it out. The receptionist decided to question me a second time. I had to go in with my husband as he cannot hear very well, and misses a lot of what is said in conversation Eventually we were shown to a room, and sat separately from.the other patients. I have never been treated in such a manner by NHS staff, I am notcannoyed at the first Nurse, I am however furious with the receptionist, who did not need to wade in and throw petrol on the fire, the receptionist is not a clinician and us therefore not medically qualified to make an assessment. Tbis is discrimination, and iis bullying an dharassment of disabled people. The NHS hospitals do not treat people in this manner.
I love this place !! The staff and nurses are excellent. Very professional, courteous and helpful. The Consultants are first class and nobody could ask for better anywhere. They have helped me SO much over many years and I cannot thank them enough. When you need help, this is the place to go. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who make a distressing experience so much better. You are the best !!
I cannot thank doctors, nurse and all staff from you walk in the door until you leave. They are so welcoming and supportive. Such a positive and personal experience! Thank you for all that you do. You are so appreciated!
Had my first physio session with Noeleen today and could not recommend her more. Very informative and really knowledgeable on different topics. Have seen other physios previously and Noeleen is hands down the best so far.
