Very unprofessionally run with all but one committee member on committee who lives locally. No issue

Very unprofessionally run with all but one committee member on committee who lives locally. No issue or problem is taken on board. You have heard of White man only board room here you do not have white man but similar system. People involved with Masjid should be local people or those who regularly attend prayer. I am talking from personal experience in dealing with this Masjid leaders. Handful of years ago 100+ students use to attend here to learn and now?? 20-30 facts should be taken on board and changes needs to happen. If your business performed this bad you would change people on top.
