3 days after my appointment my medical report was received by solicitor and my case settled pretty quickly afterwards with a settlement figure I was happy with.

I am a medical expert with over 20yrs experience. I have provided work for this company only to have my invoices unpaid and emails unanswered. I am now in having to employ debt collectors to recover my fees. In my opinion the company are best avoided. Whether you are a solicitor, potential claimant or medical expert, my experience dealing with UKExpertMedical Ltd. would lead me to strongly advise against engaging with this company.

As an instructing solicitor, I have dealt with UK Expert medical for over 4 years, and have found them professional, commercially aware and a pleasure to deal with.

After providing hundreds of reports for this company as an Expert Witness they refused to pay and stopped answering correspondence. It took a debt collection service, two separate court proceedings and a considerable amount of time to recover over £20,000 of fees dating back years. Do not do any work for this company if you would like to be paid. You may not find any judgement recorded against them as they pay within 30 days of the judgement date and apply to have it lifted.

I've have worked with UKEM for 10 years. They have always paid me with no invoices outstanding. Some delays in payment which is expected when working with any medical agency.
