Brilliant staff always friendly and helpful.

I went there my nails fell of the next day it was un Hygienic my fingers killed and they where pushing my cuticles back so far and I told them my pinky was bruised and they don’t care and would never come back don’t not come here I wasted £30 when I could of gone somewhere bettter and had to wait 40 minutes if u come her be prepared to have awful disgusting nails that fall of the next day do not comw here and nothing was clean and they couldn’t even do there design I wanted DO NOT COME HERE. !!!!!

Always gone here for infills or full set when I am in poole, went in last week and they had a new person doing nails, he filed in to my skin and apologized then cut me with the electric file! He has cut me on every cuticle and pretty much ever nail is bumpy where he didn't finish it properly . So disappointing as I love going here and have never had problems in the past. If they are letting people do clients who are still training or just qualified they should at least have someone check the finished set or advise the client first!

The worst nail experience I've had and the most expensive. Sat for 3 hours whilst various members of staff worked on my nails. Really rough. Filed 2 of my nails until my cuticles bled. Didn't have the colour I wanted so was given (no choice!) an alternative which was awful. Horrendous. All of it.
