UK Building Plastics Direct oxford

Great sales customer service but once the purchase was completed the aftersales customer service was non existent. Thankfully the independent fitter was first class. Would give 2.5 stars if I could.

Terrible after sales service, the door has been delivered not to the correct size dispite my builder confirming the size and the opening requirements of my door prior to ordering. When the builder contacted UK building plastics to arrange for rectification he was told that if we wanted it modified we would have to pay for it! The drawings that UK building plastics surplies for sign off is vague and open to interpretation, this allows for them to argue that they have made it correctly! As for door quality, this is fine but anyone could get the same quality from any door company, UK building plastics are not unique. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

Have been using this company for years, great guys, good service and top quality products at competitive prices. Would recommend to anyone wanting a good service and free advice when needed.

Rubbish traders for a start the delivery was late and they kept making up excuses. The windows ordered were faulty and had to take back, their attitude is awful they don't care. AVOID!

Composite front door and UPVC French door fitted to my property. Products arrived on time and were installed by Steve and Tom perfectly. Their quote for supply and installation came out cheaper than other local installers and they even re-sealed an old window for me whilst they were on site. The house was left clean and tidy and they took the old doors away free of charge. The doors are good quality, I did quite a bit of research and the brands they use (optima & solidor) have a good reputation for quality and security, and so far I would agree. From start to finish the whole experience was very positive, plus the new showroom looks great! I would definitely recommend 👌

We ordered some cladding for the walls of our bathroom from here and it was brilliant. The guys helped to work out how much we needed and it arrived really quickly and gave us tips on how to do it ourselves

These guys are great to deal with. They know their stuff and everything is good quality
