Today I had the most exceptional spa and massage treatment at Ubika Spa. It was flawless. The kind of hospitality and care that helps you forget about all the challenges and problems of 2020, and an honest sense of total relaxation. My therapist Melinda in particular showed great attention. Often at massage sessions, you ask for treatment on particular areas, but the therapist ends up giving you a full body massage anyway. Melinda however paid attention to the areas I needed most help which I was very grateful for. My wife also received a similar 10/10 experience from Jessie, and we both are looking forward to returning again soon.

Had an express pedicure done last week, and wasn’t too impressed. Paid $60 for a very basic pedicure, which is way too expensive. I usually pay $30-40 for a great pedicure with shellac in Sydney. I get the impression the spa doesn’t do too many pedicures and while I get that they are a spa and not a nail salon, my cuticles weren’t even touched, nails were cut uneven, and paint chipped after 2 days. There is only a very small choice of paint colours and I wasn’t even offered shellac. Will say that the foot massage was amazing though and customer service quite good.

My mum and I both received full body treatments including exfoliation, massage and facial and we both absolutely loved it! We felt so relaxed and wonderful afterwards, the products used smelt amazing and left our skin feeling so smooth and nourished and the staff that treated us were so lovely, excellent pressure with the massages and were very friendly and accommodating throughout the experience!

My wife and I just had a massage at Ubika. Both Jessie & Paige were just amazing. My wife received nurture massage while pregnant. It was very relaxing. It seems we have just returned from another world. Paige knew perfectly on how much pressure to apply. She also focussed on the areas I asked. I am left with not just a rejuvnated body but also a refreshed mind. We will surely be returning here and will go for a longer massage. Thanks Jessie & Paige :)

Terrible communication and customer service! Said they would call back and haven’t after 3 phone calls. Had an issue that was supposed to require a return call from manager for resolution and still haven’t heard anything. Certainly won’t recommend anyone gets a voucher for here like I did. ***Update…still no communication or resolution - extremely disappointed***
